In this position, you will be accountable for building strong relationships with accounts and making sure that agreed service quality leads to revenue and profit increase.
Your area of responsibility :
Manage international accounts;
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the accounts;
Continuously work on ways to create up- and cross-selling opportunities, in order to strengthen the business relationship;
Create Account Plans and review them on a regular basis with the clients to ensure alignment;
Monitor defined commercial KPIs to reach our targets;
Focus on providing agreed services and SLAs;
Frequently attend international trade shows and visit accounts;
Understand the accounts’ business challenges and objectives in order to develop growth strategies;
Work closely and collaboratively with different stakeholders in the organization;
Manage critical situations, providing solutions and action plans;
Make business case calculations, prepare proposals and provide information to management for decision making.
Your profile :
3+ years of experience as a Key Account-, Account -, Sales -or Partner Manager or in similar roles;
Excellent relationship management and communication skills;
Experience in contract and commercial negotiations;
High level of stress resistance and excellent conflict management skills;
Experience within the payments, financial services industry or e-commerce is an advantage;
Fluent in English, German fluency is a plus;
Problem solver with a hands-on mentality;
Strong business acumen;
Results oriented, self-driven, motivated and proactive attitude.
