About you :

You have at least 5 years of experience of working with sales operations or similar functions
Your knowledge of how consumer acts, feels and behaves in a multichannel retail environment helps you to realize opportunities for add-ons, cross-selling and up-selling of IKEA products and services to fulfil customer needs.
Optimising the customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints to increase the likelihood that customer visits convert to sales is something you strive for on the daily.
Your feeling for the local market environment, the expectations from customers today and tomorrow helps you to offer the right commercial services that meet customer demands and needs.
The right prioritisation helps you to make decisions with speed and simplicity.
With your experience in driving output within set scope you can measure performance of output and capture learnings easily.
In the role as Sales Support Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the Sales function in gaining insight of sales performance, as well as planning and coordinating sales activities to enable for extraordinary growth.
You will :
coordinate setting prices and supply forecasting across the Home Furnishing Business area, together with the Sales Performance Leader.
support Sales Performance Team Leader to monitor sales and gross margin performance, identify deviations, and activate the business via Business Leaders
measure performance of output in sales activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year
perform selling administrative tasks like range management, proof reading of commercial communication, updating and creating sales steering tools, reporting, and sales monitoring to support Business Leaders
act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to Selling plan / output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact
contribute to the integrated multichannel executions / output of the selling function in order to contribute to the business goals
be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA

In this role you report directly to the Sales Performance Leader.
This position is full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours / week),
The workplace is IKEA Austria GmbH (Service office) but requires some travelling.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 2491,18 (on fulltime base).
We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
