Working as a Senior Digital Design Engineer based in Graz, you will :
Interpret requirements specification and derive digital system / architecture specification and design strategies for power management products;
practice and encourage design re-use (IP) wherever sensible.
Deliver digital blocks meeting functional, cost, power and schedule constraints.Digital design verification applying state-of-the-art verification methodologies with focus on SystemVerilog / UVM.
Verification planning, feature extraction and verification test case development. Regression management.
Support DFT strategy and implementation.
Develop TCL scripts and design constraints to perform synthesis, DfT insertion and STA.
Interface with P&R for digital hand-off and post layout verification.
Instigate regular peer review meetings with digital design engineers. Follow procedures and design practices defined by internal and customer-induced Guidelines.
Take technical leadership for sub-systems or for complete digital system and drive from specification to production ramp.
Guide and support less experienced digital design engineers.
What we are looking for
Technical skills :
Fluent in either (System)Verilog or VHDL RTL coding and ASIC design methodology.
Proven ability to optimize and develop design architecture from chip inception through to compliant netlist.
Good understanding of advanced verification methodologies (UVM), verification planning and feature extraction.
Competence in developing design constraints and synthesis scripts.
Proficiency in developing block and top level timing constraints for STA and P&R signoff.
Knowledge of scan insertion and ATPG Generation.
Experience on low-power digital design techniques.
Good understanding of digital design for mixed-signal Systems.
