We collaborate with the world for the health of everyone in it.National Sales Manager Dermatology and rheumatology (M / F)Location : ViennaFor our local operating company with base in Vienna we are currently recruiting for a National Sales Manager (m / f) in Dermatology and Rheumatology.

In this important role your goal is to maximize the growth of the Dermatology / Rheumatology brand portfolio in Austria.

YOUR responsibilities & YOUR impact : Accountable for developing and executing the account plans with the sales team in collaboration with the medical team to achieve the committed sales targets with the agreed resourcesLeading the sales team (5 Sales Reps) within the business unit to deliver on sales targets by developing a high performing team with deep TA knowledge and excellent customer interaction and selling skills through training and in-field coaching (about 50%).

Leading the optimal structuring of sales territories, as well as the territory target setting and monitoring to operate the sales incentive scheme.

Also you’ll contribute to the development and improvement of sales incentive schemes. Leading the development and execution of the account-plans as part of the cross-functional stakeholder engagement plan to drive competitive advantage with driving external focus of the team.

Identifying training needs according to the competency model with specific focus on knowledge and skill-building of the sales teamTracks the performance of the team through best in class KPI analytics Champions an omnichannel approach, Customer Interaction Excellence and continuous improvement of sales team effectiveness Developing and managing partnerships with external key stakeholders to drive competitive advantage and Janssen’s reputation Contributing to the County Value Teams with deep customer, competitor and market insights, with strategic input to brand strategies and tactics, and by leading successful sales projects.

Driving accountability, collaboration, effective decision-making and empowerment to the lowest level possible Accountability for full compliance of all CVT and sales activities with laws and J&J regulations.
