Then join our Dance Team as Global Digital Strategy Manager with focus on Red Bull BC One and Breaking. In this role, you'll work with a diverse multicultural and high performing team.

You'll produce strategic content programming plans across all Red Bull BC One programs and initiatives to maximize the growth of and engagement with the dance audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with : SET THE STRATEGY In this role, you'll define content needs and programming objectives for Red Bull BC One and breaking, considering projects and initiative needs and priorities.

You'll establish strong alignment and collaboration between channels and content creations to ensure release strategy success.

ANALYTICAL DECISION MAKING Working closely with the analytics team you'll translate audience insights into practical guidelines for programming and content.

You'll evaluate results and translate learning from release plans into long term strategies and educational resources. Also, you'll communicate learnings in past programming to team members and ensure consideration in upcoming release strategies.

CONTENT PROGRAMMING With your strong understanding of platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, you'll provide recommendations for adjustments in upcoming content plans based on insights and media landscape learnings.

COUNTRY SUPPORT You'll establish a strong collaboration with markets, considering and understanding local and needs. You'll evaluate local market programming plans, identify local optimisation potentials and global up levelling / release in relation to Red Bull BC One and breaking.

Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise That matter most for this role :

3+ years of experience in content programming, digital strategy and / or social media

Excellent knowledge of social and digital media incl. paid activation planning.

Superior project management skills

Strong understanding of content performance and able to translate data into practical recommendations

Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills

Well organized and agile team player with the ability to work under pressure

Passion for the world of Red Bull and dance topics

Knowledge in the world of breaking

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Communication, or similar field.

Fluent in English. Multi language is a big plus
