Site Continuous Improvement (I-Cube) Manager (m / f / d)

Job Summary

To lead cross-functional teams and to define & execute Continuous improvement program in order to improve site cost competitiveness and efficiency of processes, practices and organizations, we are looking for a

Site Continuous Improvement (I-Cube) Manager (m / f / d)

Location : Villach, Austria

Contract type : Permanen (Full-time)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deploy and sustain Continuous Industrial Improvement (I-Cube) program within the site & cultivate a strong continuous improvement culture across the hub

Support analysis of processes and practices to enable safety / efficiency / quality continuous improvement initiative generation

Generate detailed continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

Lead effective operational processes’ implementation at site level

Provide technical support and expertise to on-site teams for I-Cube deployment and improvement projects

Monitor progress of continuous improvement projects and related savings

Maintain and create appropriate documentation for reports, project execution, and data analysis

Support operation sites & supply chain team members & consequently continuous improvement deployment

Operational costs reduction & Operational costs savings pipeline at site level

Customer satisfaction at site level

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCES

Engineer (or equivalent)

Excellent Level of German (C1+), Good level of English (B2+)

Min 2 years experience in Operations Management / Operational Excellence program management

Good continuous improvement culture and able to learn very fast methods (project management, Kaizen, 6-sigma, value stream mapping, Fish-Bone diagram, BBZ, working capital optimization)

Strong analytical, project management, process management, problem-solving & technical skills

Ability to positively influence teams in a matrix organization

Able to organize training paths for managers of in the hubs

Green belt is a plus

Annual gross salary : from EUR 36.433,04 with the willingness to overpay depending on professional qualifications and experience.
