In this newly created position the Regional Field Sales Trainer will support the Sales Training process for our sales teams in DACH and Poland.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering diverse types of trainings (virtual, in-person and coaching) , executing training objectives with the goal to achieve regional sales objectives.
Ideally located in Germany, but other locations within the territory with higher travel are possible.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Include but are not limited to :
Prepares new sales people by participating to the sales immersion program, conducting virtual and in-person training sessions, providing field coaching and assistance.
Develops sales people skills implementing individual coaching plans, partners with the sales management to analyze gaps.
Improves training effectiveness by developing and conducting Role-Plays, Workshops and other practical exercises to support the learning objectives and the business needs.
Support the implementation, usage and adoption of Cepheid sales tools and digital media;
Supports products launches and marketing campaigns roll out on the field;
Supports development of content for E-Learning, virtual and in-person training, collaborating with the marketing and appropriate department
Collects training needs by traveling with sales TMs, observing sales calls, conferring with sales managers.
Maintains updated training records and assessments.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Education or Experience
Higher education with Bsc or Masters degree in commercial or marketing or other related fields
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
Employee mentoring and / or development required
Sales Training experience would be an advantage
Demonstrated success in following Corporate sales process and administrative requirements (Salesforce.com, business intelligence, Funnel management)
Language skills in English and German at fluent level
Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM
Knowledge and skills :
Strong understanding of the Sales process and Value based Sales
Public speaking, facilitation, and delivery of training and learning
Proficiency in computer skills, software, Microsoft Office Programs, especially PowerPoint
Proficiency in CRM, online tools and learning systems : Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, LMS
Ability to understand the products, publications and clinical studies.
Cultivates working relationships
Healthcare, Medical Device or Diagnostic, Capital Equipment, and / or Lab Equipment experience desired
Strong understanding of the Healthcare environment, healthcare economics, and reimbursement
Demonstrated leadership beyond minimum job responsibilities
Knowledge of Molecular Diagnostic coming from pharmaceutical or clinical environment would be a plus
80% travel required within the region
