What you will do
To Support the Regional sales team to handle Sales Enquiries from Thailand end-users by providing front end technical, commercial & administrative support.
Main focus will be growing the mid-tier end uses (sizable & mid-market pharma, small gas plants and chemical companies) whom we have had continuous businesses with.
How you will do it
YPS (York Process Systems) business performance growth with Thailand end-users
Connect to 2 new customer (end-user) per year
Financial performance of YPS business
Work alongside the YPS team in Singapore and across the rest of global YPS organization to support the business.
Providing distinctive sales strategies & support including but not limited to process systems designs and solutions to satisfy customers’ needs.
Main duties include preliminary design of refrigeration system, compiling accurate project costing, liaising with vendors for quotations, and preparation of Project proposals suiting the Client requirement.
Developing YPS business in line with company objectives of sustainability, quality earnings and continual growth.
Execute the business initiatives and commit to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve the business results
Support the YPS business in the region in possession of sustainability, quality earning and continual growth.
Ensure the success of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Leadership Review Plan (LRP) objectives within the YPS department.
Participate in the organisation of marketing and promotion, incl. seminar, conference, exhibition and any form of event which benefits the business performance
Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth
Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programmes and develop the necessary business strategies to ensure the company excels
Execution of business operation and conduct are to conform to JC Singapore policies.
Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives / performance is achieved at all times.
Support the region in-charge in the Asia Pacific’s organization initiating best practice sharing and cross learning.
Foster strong customer relationship with all customers enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time.
Maintain high morale and team spirit in the office environment
To observe, promote and practise JC culture and leadership quality’s
Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior
What we look for
Engineering Degree onwards or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process)
2 years and above experience in HVAC / Refrigeration or similar industry.
Petrochemical, Oil and Gas background is added advantage
Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
Must be a proactive team player
Broad based engineering background
Process Refrigeration knowledge
Contract / project / credit management
Marketing & external communication
Regional YPS market and customer base
More than 1 year successfully selling & managing capital equipment projects in Petrochemical sector.
Local / regional business laws and regulations
Pricing, quotation, business & technical proposal, clarification & negotiation with vendors / suppliers during quotation preparation, and budgeting
