You will join a still human size team as a Product Line & Marketing Manager on a worldwide perimeter.

This position aims at gathering product knowledge and marketing strategies in order to strengthen sales activities, improve Kiwi products position within the volatile security industry and address the appropriate customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop strong Kiwi DNA and powerful messaging, bring products to a competitive market, and help colleagues and the channel effectively position our products
  • Responsible for the go-to-market plan, product launches, and ongoing activities
  • Define the value proposition and develop sales tools to support our marketing strategy
  • Manage product portfolio, incl. feature scope, product codes and pricing
  • Gather, evaluate and document market demands, opportunities and feature requests both strategic and tactical for existing or new product evolution and make them actionable items for the R&D team
  • Develop and communicate internal and external product roadmap by setting product / feature priorities
  • Present product features internally and externally through webinars, on site presentations and tradeshows
  • Develop smart, organized and effective outbound campaigns and programs, collaborating closely with the product, sales and marketing communications teams
  • Analyze market and channel data, and create action plans that target buyers and markets
  • Understand the market, our technology partners and competitors
  • Develop strategies on how to increase sales from a product perspective
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with relevant marketing experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B product marketing
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in front of an audience, a natural communicator
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Technical mindset and understanding of technology
  • Very fluent in English (ideally native)
  • Outgoing personality and motivation
  • Strong people skills and approachability; capacity to interact at all levels of the organization;
  • Readiness to travel
  • Willing to spend significant time in Canada and United States (one to two weeks on end)
  • Assets :

  • Product management experience of advantage
  • Hands-on experience in one or more areas : product launches, sales enablement, go-to-market planning, market analysis, competitor analysis, digital marketing and promotions
  • French language
  • Knowledge of the physical security software market
