Responsibility & Tasks

  • Lead the development and qualification of embedded control SW for a family of motor inverters rated between 10 kW to 100kW from concept to supporting production ramp up
  • Supervise the work of less experienced engineers supporting the project
  • Close cooperation with with other departments such as design, hardware development, etc.
  • Define technology roadmaps for e-mobility power converters
  • Help identify and manage key technology partners that can help accelerate the product development cycle
  • Support the development of best design practices and internal engineering process for power electronics.
  • Help procure the necessary tools and lab equipment
  • Profile & Requirements

  • Master or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or a comparable field
  • Extensive experience in development of software for electrical engines in an industrial field
  • Confidence in working with colleagues in an international context and build trust in technical leadership
  • An agile personality, able to work in short cycles but always keeps focus on the target
  • Fluent in English, German is preferred
