Business Implementation initiatives in close cooperation with the operation team in the countries as well as customer stakeholder management
Project management for all implementation initiatives within the SEE cluster (including detailed project plan to track progress)
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the customer specific requirements
Measure project performance and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques
Ensure resource allocation and availability in order to meet customer requirements
Collect and align operational and process requirements within the SEE cluster
Drive and implement agreed organizational and process changes (monitor process flows and ensure reporting to management as needed)
Actively manage stakeholder communication and dependencies Your requirements :
University degree in logistics or equivalent traineeship in freight forwarding
Strong and profound operational background in ocean freight
Working experience in project management
Fluent (written and verbal) in Business English
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Power BI knowledge preferred
Business Development or KAM experience is an advantage
Solid organizational skills and analytical capabilities
Ability to work team-oriented and efficiency driven

Voluntary health and pension provision is important and supported financially For the position described we offer a minimum salary of EUR 35,000.
00EUR (gross) per annum. An extra salary component that conforms to the current salary structure on the market will also be offered in line with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
