We are now recruiting for Flight Operations Training and Safety Trainee, with a requirement to work from our Malta Headquarters, Vienna admin office, and operational bases in our network as necessary.

Responsibilities in the Safety Department :
Liaising, supporting and advising Safety Department
Administration of Cabin Crew Safety Reporting System
Monitoring of Cabin Crew Safety Performance Indicators and Trends
Responsibilities in the Training and Flight Ops Department :
Liaising, supporting and advising Training Department
Ensuring training equipment is available at all Lauda Europe training locations
Administration of training facilities
Support preparation of Training Material
Monitoring of Flight Operations Performance
Monitoring of training documentation
Preparation of training documentation
Supervision of Training Progress
Requirements
MS Office suite experience
Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative
Excellent English communication skills
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change quickly
Cabin Crew experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Organised, proactive and hardworking
Flexibility to travel within Ryanair-Group network on a short notice.
