In this role, you will be working alongside your teammates in the EMEA region, conducting research on prospective SuccessFactors customers, facilitating initial customer contacts through outbound calls and digital selling.

You will be exposed to a highly dynamic and collaborative international work environment, and you will develop your research and networking skills working with top HR executives in your market.


  • Conducting market trend and prospective customer research to identify potential prospects, key stakeholders, and strategic HR initiatives within a defined set of accounts
  • Following up on inbound requests and leads
  • Understanding business processes / challenges and corporate strategic goals of our prospective customers, while connecting these with the SuccessFactors portfolio of solutions
  • Helping the team meet and exceed key KPIs completed appointments, qualified opportunities, and pipeline progression
  • Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting appropriate follow-up to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Providing support and follow-up for customer marketing events
  • Time commitment full time, 6-12 months

  • Are a current student pursuing a degree in a business-related field
  • Are articulate, friendly, optimistic, goal-oriented and success-driven
  • Have excellent communication skills, are well organized, and can manage your time under pressure
  • Work well in a team, can learn and adapt quickly, and see problem solving as a sport pressure
  • Fluent German language (C1-C2 level), working proficiency English, Romanian and / or Hungarian is a plus
  • Als attraktiver Arbeitgeber bieten wir Ihnen neben großzügigen Zusatzleistungen ein Grundgehalt, das sich nach dem geltenden "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik" richtet, im Minimum Euro 1510 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

    Die Überzahlung erfolgt nach Qualifikation und facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
